~ The Bong Connection ~
Born & brought up in Kolkata, I was an artist at heart right from my school days at St.James'. So, it wasn't hard to find inspiration from structures around me when I started my career as an Architect at Jadavpur University, Kolkata where I could feel & apply the beauty of aesthetics and function.
Digital product design was an outcome of my studies and knack towards merging the arts & sciences. Hence, the very next step that I took was an M.Des course from IISc, Bengaluru.

I’ve always been fascinated by the interplay of form and function. I’m inspired by the little things – the way a chair feels, the texture of a material, and how people interact with objects in their daily lives. I love bringing these everyday observations into my craft.

At other times, I like reading fiction (mostly fantasy novels like LOTR) or watching SuperHero movies with their immersive otherworldly backdrops. I also like travelling to new places, meeting new people, understanding new histories and tasting their cuisines!

Led the designs for CSAT & NPS for Dominos & Popeyes, Live Activities for order tracking on iOS & Live Notifications for Android (1st for a food-tech brand). Currently leading the digital overhaul of the "post order" experience for Dominos & Popeyes; and "location & address" revamp for Popeyes.I also introduced design tokens as a concept at Jubilant Foodworks and built the entire variable library inside Figma.

My role was focussed on UX solutioning for a key part of the MR interface (which in medical terms is known as the Exam Overview).
